I've worked with 4 other brokers in the past couple years buying/selling 3 different properties. 2/3 were remote sales, like this one, requiring extra communication to complete the sale. Shawn blew them all out of the water. I now have a new, higher expectation of quality and professionalism in all real estate brokers going forward. She contracted photos for the sale that were professionally done, and quickly posted the listing. Her open house brought a flood of buyers, with an above offer sale in <48 hrs. She handled closing efficiently, clearly stating what was needed from us and when. My only concern is being disappointed with every broker I work with after her.

Shawn was professional, helpful and extremely easy to contact when necessary. She was available after normal business hours and amazingly works weekends and graciously accommodated my schedule, as I had to fly in for showings, which included a few delays!

Shawn Reeves was the realtor who sold my son his home several months ago. He had such a great experience with her, so when I found a small property I was interested in down the road from his home we called her. I could not have asked for any better! We sent her an email and within the hour had already gotten a response, from day one she was ontop of everything and had never even met us as we still lived in Tennessee. Being in a different state communication was key to our home buying process and she was always available, even with our hectic schedules of being a nurse and service member. If I could rate Shawn as better than excellent I would, I have never met any other realtor more respectful or genuinely kind.
